Zoltan Biro
Zoltan Biro has over 25 years of experience in the Risk Management & Treasury Functions covering Credit Risk, Liquidity Risk, Market Risks and all Treasury Products including FX, Money Market, Derivatives, Options & Investments. Zoltan Started his Career at ABN AMRO as Risk management Analyst in Budapest, Zoltan was instrumental in implementing market risk, liquidity risk and IRR control environment around Global Markets and Treasury Businesses in Netherlands and Hong-Kong.
Zoltan has held Senior Management roles in Bank of Montreal Canada, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Canada and served as Deputy Treasurer at GE Capital in the UK before moving to advisory roles at Deloitte and PWC. His team was responsible for identifying, monitoring, measuring risks, and has advised best practices to over 70 Institutions globally including, telecommunications firms, oil and gas producers, and regulators including the Bank of England, National Bank of Austria, Japanese Financial Services Authority.
His consulting experiences inspired him to build a global boutique consulting firm that is truly focused on its clients. His passion for the business is motivation lead by example.

Donald Rebello
Donald is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience in implementing Core Banking Solutions. Throughout his career, he has successfully led various transformation programs, quality assurance initiatives, automation projects, and support projects. Donald is an expert in FLEXCUBE Core Banking Solution and has an in-depth knowledge of its features and functionalities. Prior to joining PSC, Donald was the head of FLEXCUBE Core Banking at the Bank of Valletta, Malta. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. With his extensive industry experience, Donald brings a unique perspective and valuable insights to PSC.

Salman Asad
Salman is driven by a burning desire to succeed and bring value to the industry, utilizing his unique combination of skills and understanding of systems to deliver best in class solutions to customers. Salman has directly managed over 50 engagements covering delivery of services, programs, projects, COE initiatives across various Industry verticals, Strategic business units and Customer units. His recent programs includes digital transformation, Cloud deployments, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.
With a global experience of leading programs and implementations in Asia, Europe, US, Middle East & Africa, Salman has gained considerable experience in the industry, his key strength has been turning around failures into success. With a can do and will do attitude and focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building, Salman has set his targets on making PSC the best service provider globally.

Luca De Patre
Luca is head of Quantitative Analytics in the Risk and Regulation Advisory practice. He has over 15 years of experience in all areas across quantitative risk, model development, model validation and also the audit/regulatory space within banks, central counterparties and commodities houses. Luca Specialises in FRTB, IFRS9, IMM-CCR and IRRBB. Prior to joining Principal Search Consulting, he gained consultancy experience from Deloitte, HSBC and Barclays IB.

Prasanna Kumar G
Prasanna a thoroughbred sales professional, has over 15 years of experience in customer acquisition and retention in the financial services industry. He brings a unique blend of experience with both products and services including market leading core transformation platforms and digital platforms. He has anchored end to end sales and marketing portfolio including inside sales, direct sales and alliances. His sales exploits include breaching the tough markets which are spread across Far East and EMEA regions.
Prasanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Master’s in Business Administration

Vinay Singh B
Vinay Singh has over 15 Years of experience in managing implementations and upgrades of various Core Banking Solutions. He has worked on Core Banking Implementations across the globe and has overseen transformation Programs, Quality Assurance, Implementation, and Automation engagements.
Vinay comes with a rich background on Core Banking Solutions, Banking Payments and Various Digital Platforms.
Prior to joining PSC, Vinay has worked with firms like Deloitte, Wells Fargo, IBM, Oracle and Capgemini.
Vinay holds a master’s degree in Quantitative Finance and Financial Engineering from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester United Kingdom and bachelor’s degree in Engineering
